Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the offer did not deliver what was described at checkout. Some offers state their own terms, which are shown before you pay and take precedence where they differ.

The 30-Day Launch Challenge — the Launch Guarantee

Every other launch program asks you to trust them.

Onomaco's go-live gate verifies your offer is purchasable, your pages are serving, your checkout charges, and your follow-up is armed — the same machine verification we run on ourselves. Complete your 30 days; if that gate isn't green, you don't pay. Completion is tracked automatically. No essays, no proof-of-work emails.

What triggers the refund. Complete all 30 day-modules. If the platform's go-live verification isn't green by your Day 30, 100% refund. Completion is tracked automatically.

What the guarantee covers. Your offer is purchasable, your pages are serving, your checkout charges a real card, and your follow-up is armed. That's what the gate verifies and what the guarantee covers. It does not mean we guarantee sales — nobody can promise you customers, and anyone who does is telling you something they can't back.

The Finisher Challenge

Done Is a Fact — The 30-Day Finisher Challenge is sold on its own terms and this policy does not govern it. The $997 stake is not refundable, and the completion reward is credit inside Onomaco rather than cash. The full conditions, the five-gate checklist and the one narrow circumstance in which we return the stake are set out in the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email support@onomaco.com with the email address used at checkout and your order details. We aim to respond within five business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
