Use of the service

You may use Onomaco only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Purchases and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and what each offer includes are shown at checkout. Refunds for standard purchases are handled under our Refund Policy. The Finisher Challenge is sold on different terms — a non-refundable stake with a completion reward paid in platform credit — which are set out in full below and take precedence for that offer.

Done Is a Fact — The 30-Day Finisher Challenge

Your stake. $997 today. One payment, non-refundable.

What counts as finishing. All five gates green by day 30, with no more than three decisions that took longer than 48 hours.

The five gates.Gate 1 (day 7) — an offer record exists with a price and a fulfillment method. Gate 2 (day 14) — domain connected and resolving, sales page published and serving publicly. Gate 3 (day 21) — checkout connected to your own payment processor and one live card charged successfully. Gate 4 (day 27) — a follow-up sequence published, armed to a purchase trigger, and recorded as having fired on the Gate 3 transaction. Gate 5 (day 30) — one of: a campaign sent to 25 or more contact records, the offer published to a connected social account, or 100 or more sessions recorded to your offer page. Each is read from the platform’s own logs.

The completion reward. Your $997 converts to $1,500 in Onomaco credit. It applies to your subscription and your AI usage, it works on any plan, and it doesn't expire. It is credit, not cash. It can't be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to money.

If we are at fault. If you made your decisions on time and the day-30 gate still isn't green, that's our failure. Your $997 converts to $1,500 in credit exactly as if you'd finished, and we keep building at no additional charge for up to sixty more days or until every gate is green, whichever comes first.

Refunds. Your $997 is not refundable. If you don't complete the five gates, it isn't returned in cash or in credit. Everything built stays in your account; keeping it live requires an active subscription.

The one exception. If we determine we can't run the challenge for your business, we'll tell you inside your first seven days and return $997 to the card you paid with, within seven days of telling you. This is our determination to make and can't be triggered by a change of mind.

Pause. You may pause for up to fourteen days. Your gate clock pauses with you.

Decision records. The platform records every decision it asked you for and when you answered. The completion condition is a count taken from that record, not a judgment.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how it is handled.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Onomaco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
