So the months go somewhere. The domain's been renewed twice. There's a landing page nobody's seen. And the honest version — the one you'd only say out loud at 11pm — is that as long as it isn't finished, it can't fail.

You do
Make the founder decisions on time, for thirty days. Most days that's about fifteen minutes of reading and approving — an estimate, not a promise, because we haven't run a cohort yet. On time means inside 48 hours, and no more than three decisions across the whole thirty days may exceed that. The platform records every decision it asked you for and when you answered.
You finish
Your $997 becomes $1,500 in Onomaco credit. Not a refund — credit on the platform your business now runs on. It applies to your subscription and your AI usage, it works on any plan, and it doesn't expire. At Growth that's about ten months of subscription before anything reaches your card, assuming you stay inside your monthly AI allowance. At Solo it's about nineteen.
You don't
Everything that was built stays in your account, and no credit. Keeping it live needs the subscription: your pages and checkout run on Onomaco, and if the subscription lapses they stop serving. Nothing is deleted, but nothing is free either. And the $997 stays with us — that's the entire mechanism, because the reason people finish this is that not finishing costs something.
We're at fault
If you made your decisions on time and the day-30 gate still isn't green, that's our failure. Your $997 converts to $1,500 in credit exactly as if you'd finished, and we keep building at no additional charge for up to sixty more days or until every gate is green, whichever comes first.

We put a number on that rather than saying “however long it takes,” because a promise without a limit is one we might not keep, and you should be suspicious of anyone who won't bound theirs.

The part you should push back on

There's no cash coming back to you. Not on completion, not on our failure, not at any point.
If you finish, you get $1,500 of credit — worth more than your $997, but only inside Onomaco. If you decide six weeks from now that this isn't for you, you can't withdraw it. You'd be walking away from a launched business and $1,500 you can't cash.
If the possibility of getting money back is what would make you comfortable, this isn't the right offer and we'd rather you didn't buy it.
What we can tell you is why it's built this way. A cash-back challenge pays people to enroll and leave. This one is designed to pay people to finish and stay — which, if it works, means the people still here in three months are the ones it worked for. That's the population we'd like to be judged on. We can't show you that population yet, because you'd be in the first group of it.

The five gates

Every other program in this category is vague about the finish line, because vagueness is what lets them declare victory. Here are ours, in the exact terms the software reads.

The Market. A business nobody has been told about is open in the same sense an unlit shop with an unlocked door is open. By day 30, one of three — your choice.

These are mechanical thresholds and we're aware you could pad a contact list to clear one. If you do, you'll have a green gate and no business, and you'll have spent $997 lying to a database. The gate is there to stop you skipping the step, not to stop you cheating — that part is between you and the thing you said you wanted.

What we guarantee, and what we don't

**We guarantee** that by day 30 your business will be live, able to take a payment, and that your offer will have gone out through one of the three channels above. **We do not guarantee that anyone buys.** Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling you something else. Whether the market wants what you're selling is your judgment call and always was — it's the founder's job, and it's the one job we won't take from you. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find it out on day 31.

Yeah. Most people don't.

A survey of 221 open online courses put median completion at 12.6 percent — about one in eight.¹ Those were free courses, which isn't this, and I'm citing it because it's the best published data on whether people finish what they sign up for, not because it forecasts what you'll do. You already knew the shape of it.

So here's what's built differently.

You have money on it. This is the honest one and it goes first. Every program you've walked away from cost you nothing on the day you walked. Here it costs $997 you don't get back and $1,500 you don't get. That isn't motivation — it's arithmetic, and arithmetic works on days motivation doesn't.
You are not the one building. Every program you've abandoned asked you to do the work after a full day of doing other work. This one does the work and asks you to decide.
Your day 12 is your day 12. It starts when you start. No cohort leaves without you. Pause up to fourteen days and your clock pauses with you — a ten-day pause moves your day 30 to day 40, and your gates move with it.
There are gates, not vibes. Five of them, each a fact the software reads. You can't quietly drift for a month, because the gate tells you where you actually are.
Nobody grades you. No essays, no proof-of-work emails, no coach chasing you on WhatsApp. The system checks whether the thing is real. That's it.

The part that makes any of this possible

Every other program in this category asks you to trust them.

Onomaco can check. On day 30 it reads whether your offer is purchasable, your page is serving, your checkout took a real card, your follow-up fired, and your offer went out. Green or not green.

No course can offer this, because a course can't see anything. It has no product to look at. It can send you a certificate and a congratulations email and it has no idea whether you launched.

That's also why a conditional reward doesn't have to become an argument. On day 30 the log either says the card was charged or it doesn't.

Who this is for

You've been about to launch for months. There's a domain, maybe a landing page, definitely a folder. Nothing takes money.

What has to be true before you pay

You can legally sell and deliver your thing within 30 days — no license, certification, or regulatory approval you don't already hold.
It doesn't need physical inventory you don't already have, custom software written, or a marketplace with two sides.
You can connect a payment processor in your own name. Gate 3 charges a live card.
You own or can register a domain in week one. Gate 2 needs it resolving.
You can reach 25 people, post to a social account, or send traffic to a page. Gate 5 needs one of the three. If you have no list, no social account, and no budget, this challenge can't complete and you shouldn't buy it.
You can decide within 48 hours, at least 27 times out of 30. The build is sequential.
You'll launch one offer. The co-founder will push back on scope expansion.

Two things we'll carry rather than charge you for. If your payment processor declines or holds your application past day 21 — their decision, not yours and not ours — we treat that gate as ours, not yours: your credit converts and we keep building under the sixty-day commitment above. Same if a registrar delay costs you Gate 2.

And if we determine we can't run the challenge for you at all — you're in a category we can't get live — if we determine we can't run the challenge for your business, we'll tell you inside your first seven days and return $997 to the card you paid with, within seven days of telling you. This is our determination to make and can't be triggered by a change of mind. It's the one and only circumstance in which cash comes back, and it isn't a guarantee about outcomes.

You want the option to change your mind and get your money back. You don't have it here. Read the section above again — we meant it.
You want to be told you're doing great. The co-founder will tell you your price is too low and your promise is vague. Some people find that clarifying and some find it unpleasant. Know which you are.

Questions people actually ask

Is the $1,500 real money?

No, and we won't call it that. It's credit inside Onomaco — it pays your subscription and your AI usage, on any plan, and it doesn't expire. It is credit, not cash. It can't be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to money. If that distinction matters to you, it should, and you shouldn't buy this.

So there's no refund at all?

Correct, with one exception: If we determine we can't run the challenge for your business, we'll tell you inside your first seven days and return $997 to the card you paid with, within seven days of telling you. This is our determination to make and can't be triggered by a change of mind. Everything else flows through credit. We know that's a harder offer than “money back if you're not delighted” — it's also why we can put $1,500 behind finishing instead of $997 behind quitting.

What counts as finishing?

All five gates green by day 30, with no more than three decisions that took longer than 48 hours. Every gate is a specific fact the platform reads, and the full checklist is in the terms — the same list the software uses.

What if I miss a gate?

Gates don't lock you out — they tell you where you are. Clear a late gate any time, as long as all five are green by day 30. If day 30 arrives and one isn't, and the reason is decisions that sat with you, the credit doesn't convert.

What if it's your fault?

If you made your decisions on time and the day-30 gate still isn't green, that's our failure. Your $997 converts to $1,500 in credit exactly as if you'd finished, and we keep building at no additional charge for up to sixty more days or until every gate is green, whichever comes first. The platform records every decision it asked for and when you answered, so this is a count, not an argument.

What if Stripe turns me down?

Then Gate 3 isn't reachable through no fault of yours, and we treat it as ours: credit converts, and we keep building under the same sixty-day commitment while you sort out a processor. Same for a registrar delay on Gate 2.

What does Gate 5 actually require?

One of three, your choice: a campaign sent to 25 or more contacts, the offer published to a connected social account, or 100 or more sessions to your offer page. All three are read from the platform's logs.

Do I need to know what business I want?

You need one thing you can sell. Week one turns it into an offer with a price and a fulfillment method — that's Gate 1's job. What week one is not is unlimited ideation about what business to be in. Bring the raw material.

What if my business is weird?

Most of the good ones are. Read the conditions above — if it's legal for you to sell, deliverable in 30 days, and doesn't need inventory or custom software, weird is fine.

Is this a course?

No. There's nothing to watch. You're building the actual thing from day one. The reason this isn't a course is the same reason the gates work: a course can't see whether you finished, and we can.

How much time does it take?

Most days, about fifteen minutes to read and approve. That's an estimate — we haven't run a cohort yet, and we'll publish the real distribution once we have one. The binding number is the one in the terms: decide within 48 hours, at least 27 times out of 30.

What happens after day 30?

Platform access is included through day 60. On day 61 it continues as an Onomaco Growth subscription at $149/month. If you finished, your $1,500 credit pays that — about ten months before anything reaches your card, assuming you stay inside your monthly AI allowance. Cancel from your account settings any time.

If I cancel, what happens to my credit?

It stays on your account and doesn't expire. It applies again the moment you're on a paid plan. But credit only spends against subscription and AI usage — if you never subscribe again, there's nothing for it to pay, and it isn't convertible to anything else.

Can I just use the software without the challenge?

Yes. Onomaco Solo is $79/month and it's the same platform, minus the co-founder building it with you and minus the credit. Fair warning from a competitor's review section: setup takes longer than people expect, and it's where a lot of momentum goes.

Can I use the credit on Solo instead of Growth?

Yes. Any plan. At Solo it stretches to about nineteen months.

Who's behind this?

These are market comparables — what equivalent services cost from other providers at published 2026 rates. They aren't prices we've charged; the Finisher Challenge has only ever been sold at $997. The gate reviews are priced at half the floor of the range small-business funnel audits sell in, because ours are automated and a human isn't reading your work. The $1,500 credit is deliberately outside the total: it's a reward for finishing, not something you're buying today, and adding it would count the same value twice.
